Note on Licensure ReciprocityGraduates who earn North Carolina educator licensure through 厙ぴ勛圖 are eligible to seek reciprocal licensure in most other states and territories that participate in theWhile reciprocity does not guarantee automatic licensure in another state, it generally allows individuals holding a valid North Carolina license to apply for a comparable license in a participating state, often with limited or no additional coursework required.
Please note that the reciprocity process is distinct from the state-by-state educational requirements listed below. The table indicates whether 厙ぴ勛圖s education programs, as approved by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI), meet the educational requirements for initial licensure in each state. States marked No may still accept North Carolina licensure through NASDTEC reciprocity, but applicants must meet that states application, testing, and background check requirements.
